DESCRIPTION:March 27, 30 - 31: "Romeo and Juliet" (Shakespeare Street Theatre)    27th March, 10am (schools), 30th March 2pm and 8pm, 31st March 8pm  * For a student audience on Tuesday 27th March there will be a post-performance  question and answer session offered.    Romeo and Juliet, by William Shakespeare    Shakespeare’s most-performed and tragic play tells the story of two doomed  ‘star-crossed lovers’ fated never to be together. Set in 1790's Scotland, this  themed version of the play highlights the tragic conflict and challenges of Romeo  and Juliet, whose untimely deaths unite their feuding families. Set against stunning  yet simple scenery, with wonderful use of contemporary and traditional music,  swashbuckling stage fighting and 18th century dancing, this is an exciting and  unique performance suitable for a high school audience and all the family.    * For a student audience on Tuesday 27th March there will be a post-performance  question and answer session offered.
